It's our pleasure to share our collection of antique hand painted porcelain that we have collected over the last 30+ years. Most of it was purchased back when antiques were much more affordable and a good part was purchased while we were traveling around doing the china painting shows.

We spent the vast majority of the profits from our business on antiques, RV's and traveling expenses

- but, oh, what fun we had!

This wonderful signed Bischoff plaque is a huge 18" diameter. The lady from whom we purchased it said she paid about $100 for it in an antique shop in Oregon about 30 years ago. She was not a china painter but just liked roses.

JARDINIERE

This signed painting of hollyhocks is on a jardiniere which is 11" high and about 12 1/2" diameter. It has a repair on one side using the staple method that was preferred in the early 1900's. I feel that, judging from the crack, it might have happened in the kiln. The crack is "Y" shaped and gradually disappears and there are no missing pieces that would normally be the case if the piece was dropped or hit. There are people who collect these old staple repaired pieces.

This signed tray, painted with roses measures 17 1/4" x 12 1/4".

VASE

This vase is signed and dated 1901. Franz Bischoff was a great admirer of the impressionists who loved to paint water lilies and he traveled to France in the early 1900's to study with them. This vase was, perhaps, a result of his admiration of the early impressionists. It is 12 1/2" tall and the porcelain is marked "Belleek".

Pasadena Ranch by Franz A Bischoff--Signed watercolor. Photo was taken through the glass because we didn't want to remove the backing, so I had to "touch up" some glare spots. It's much lovelier than the photo.

PUNCH BOWL - FOUR VIEWS
measures 14 1/4" across.

This unsigned punch bowl is almost identical to one owned by a friend that is signed Franz Aulich, so it is the general opinion that this one is also by Franz Aulich. Measures 14 1/4" across.

These 2 pieces were purchased at the same time because the seller refused to sell one without the other. She said she purchased them together many years ago and they have always been together. The rose plate is signed by George Leykauf but the currant dish is not signed. Since the currants are so typical of Leykauf's work, I believe they were
painted by him.

This huge hollyhock plaque by Leykauf is 17" in diameter and was purchased from a well known china painting teacher. Signed & dated.

We bought this piece from a junk dealer and it was so dirty, you could hardly see it. When we cleaned it up, there was a Wagner signature.

LARGE 22" URN WITH ROSES

This huge unsigned Limoges urn is 22" tall and so shiny it was difficult to get a good photo. The top is rather washed out from the overhead lighting but every side is so beautiful we had difficulty deciding which side to photograph.

ANGEL

Large plaque, marked KPM, is 13" x 8" (without the frame).
The angel watching over the two children is a famous painting and you have probably seen prints of it. The painting on this plaque is as good as it gets and is true KPM quality.

The size of these is 22" x 14" but since they have old wooden backs, we've never taken them apart to check for markings. It looks like at least one may have a signature that's mostly under the edge of the frames as there is quite an overlap
